Warranty:
All products for sale on this website have a lifetime warranty which will be honored by TorqueStick.com. All requests for warranty must be made via e-mail to sales@torquestick.com or by phone to 1-888-639-7706.

Shipments:
Shipments may, at our discretion, be routed through a different carrier than the one you have chosen. Many smaller orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail at our discretion due to a number of factors including, but not limited to, time of day when order was placed, time of last FedEx pick-up of the day, and shipment transit time. For example, if an order being shipped to California is placed at 4PM Eastern Time after the FedEx pickup which would normally take 4-5 days to arrive via FedEx, we may at our discretion ship the order via USPS Priority Mail which guarantees 2-3 day service. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact our offices.

Returns:
Returns will be honored on a case-by-case basis by sending an e-mail to sales@torquestick.com or by phone to 1-888-639-7706. Credit for returned products will only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account which was used to make the purchase. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued in the form of company check. Credits due to refund will be purchase price minus shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for the original shipment as well as the shipping costs to return the product to TorqueStick.com. Under no circumstances will we accept a return on a product which has been used unless it is faulty. In the event that a product is returned which the customer claims is faulty but we certify it is not, we will only issue store credit rather than a refund.
